Munnu Welfare Foundation fined Tk 10 crore

The Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission (BSEC) has fined Munnu Welfare Foundation Limited Tk 10 crore for violating the law.
The decision was taken at the 761st commission meeting of BSEC on Tuesday. This information has been given in the press release signed by BSEC Executive Director and Spokesperson Mohammad Rezaul Karim.
It is learned that Munnu Welfare Foundation Securities and Exchange Ordinance, 1979 Section 17 (e) – (2 (3) and (5) has been fined Rs 10 crore.
