In search of Dominage fall prices Committee of BSEC

The Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission (BSEC), a regulatory body, has formed a two-member committee to look into the reasons for the fall in prices of Dominage Steel Building Systems Limited, a newly listed engineering company. This information has been known from BSEC sources.
According to sources, Saiful Islam, deputy director of the Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission (BSEC), has been made the head of the two-member committee. The other member is Bonnie Yamin, the company’s assistant director. The committee has been asked to submit a report to the commission within the next 30 working days.
Mohammad Rezaul Karim, executive director and spokesman of the Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission (BSEC), told SunBD that prices have continued to rise since the company was listed. But now the market is doing well. However, the price of Dominic Steel Building Systems Limited is falling. The commission has set up a two-member committee to look into the matter. The committee has been asked to submit a report to the commission within 30 working days.
