Pragati Insurance to pay 22% Cash dividend

Pragati insurance Ltd has recommended 22 per cent cash dividend for the year ended on December 31, 2019.

The insurance has reported earnings per share (EPS) of Tk 3.19 for the year ended on December 31, 2019 which was Tk 3.2 in the previous year.

Its net asset value (NAV) per share was Tk 50.63 for the year ended on December 31, 2019.

The final approval of the dividend will come during the annual general meeting (AGM) scheduled to be held on September 23.
