Pubali Bank will pay 12.50% dividend

The 40th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Pubali Bank Limited was held. The meeting was held on Tuesday (June 6) in the auditorium of the bank’s head office in a hybrid manner (physical presence and virtual platform).

The meeting was presided over by Manjurur Rahman, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Pubali Bank.

In the 40th Annual General Meeting the decision to pay 12.50% cash dividend for the year 31 December 2022 was approved based on the opinion of the honorable shareholders of Pubali Bank Limited.

The Annual General Meeting was attended by respected directors and a large number of share holders.

The shareholders participated in the discussion on the overall affairs of the bank and expressed their satisfaction with the sound management as well as gave guidance suggestions for the subsequent improvement of the bank. Finally, the chairman of the board of directors thanked everyone and announced the end of the meeting.
