Standard Insurance declares dividend

The board of directors of capital market listed insurance sector company Standard Insurance Limited has declared 13 percent dividend to the shareholders.It’s total dividends.

This decision was taken after reviewing the financial report for the fiscal year ended on 31 December 2022 on Wednesday (April 26).

According to the company sources, according to the financial report of the completed financial year, the earnings per share (EPS) of the company has been Tk 2.35. Earnings per share (EPS) was Tk 2.29 in the corresponding period last fiscal.

Besides, the company’s assets per share (NAVPS) at the end of December 31, 2022 stood at Tk 20.77.

The company will hold the Annual General Meeting (AGM) on June 20 to approve this dividend. The record date for this has been fixed on May 22.
