71 promoted to additional police superintendents

71 Assistant Superintendents of Police (ASPs) have been promoted to the post of Additional Superintendent of Police (Grade-6) of Bangladesh Police. The promotion was announced in a circular signed by Deputy Secretary Dhananjay Kumar Das on Sunday (August 8th) by order of the President.

The promoted have been ordered to be attached to the police headquarters from their posts.

The promoted officers have been asked to send the letter of joining to the post of Additional Superintendent of Police along with the Senior Secretary, Department of Public Security, Ministry of Home Affairs through the appropriate authorities.

The order will be effective from the date of joining.
