Ginger import worths Tk 777 crores in Bhomra

The amount of ginger imported at Bhomra land port in Satkhira has increased. Sources related to the port say that in the last 10 months, 94,331 tons of ginger has been imported through this port, with a market value of Tk 776.69 crore.
Compared to the last financial year, the import of this spice product has increased almost four times in the current financial year.
