IDRA appointed Administrator at Delta Life Insurance

The Insurance Development and Regulatory Authority (IDRA) has appointed Delta Life Insurance Limited, an insurer listed in the capital market.

It is learned that Delta Life Insurance has violated Sections 95 and 99 of the Insurance 2010 Act of the Insurance Development and Regulation Authority. That is why the existing board of directors of Delta Life Insurance has been suspended on February 11 this year. Sultan-ul-Abedin Mollah, a former member of the IDRA, has been appointed administrator.
