BSEC reconstituted the board of Emerald Oil

Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission (BSEC), the regulator of the capital market, has restructured the board of directors of Emerald Oil Limited. A directive has been issued today to restructure the company’s board. BSEC has appointed five directors in the company.

The recruits are- former senior secretary of the government Mohammad Shahidul Haque, Dr. Prashant Kumar Banerjee, Dhaka University Assistant Professor Mohammad Golam Sarwar, Sajib Hossain (CFA) and Associate Professor. Santosh Kumar Dev. Former senior secretary to the government Mohammad Shahidul Haque will be the chairman.
