IDLC Finance declares Dividend

Listed on the stock exchange, IDLC Finance Limited has declared a 35 percent dividend for its shareholders. Its entirely cash dividends. The dividend has been declared after reviewing the financial statements for the financial year ended 31 December 2020.

According to company sources, the consolidated earnings per share (EPS) has been 6.74. At the same time last year, earnings per share (EPS) was Tk 4.51.

Single (EPS) has been Tk 5.85. At the same time last year, earnings per share (EPS) was Tk 4.4.

At the same time, the company’s net asset value per share (NAVPS) stood at Tk 40.41. At the same time last year, the company’s net asset value per share (NAVPS) was Tk 37.18.

The company’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on March 31 . record date March 11 .
