IPDC declares dividend

IPDC company Limited has declared a 12 percent dividend for its shareholders. Its entirely cash dividends. The dividend has been declared after reviewing the financial statements for the financial year ended 31 December 2020.

According to company sources, earnings per share (EPS) has been Tk 1.90. At the same time last year, earnings per share (EPS) was Tk 1.72.

At the same time, the company’s net asset value per share (NAVPS) stood at Tk 16.34. At the same time last year, the company’s net asset value per share (NAVPS) was Tk 15.3.

The company’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on April 4 to approve the declared dividend with the consent of the shareholders. The company has set a record date of March 11 for the election of shareholders to distribute dividends.
