UCB Capital Management donates one day salary of employees’ to Bidyanondo

During the current pandemic situation all employees of UCB Capital Management Limited sacrificed one day of their salary fund of Bidyanondo Foundation, which is one of the leading voluntary organizations in the country, engaged in multifarious humanitarian activities.

The foundation is highly regarded for its tireless role in meeting the basic needs of the poor and underprivileged children. The donated money will be utilized for providing food assistance poor and underprivileged families.

During this holy month of Ramadan, the foundation plans to distribute cooked food to about 24,000 people every day. while also provide food aid to about three lac families.

In addition to that Bidyanondo has taken commendable precautions to create public awareness in the capital. They distribute hand sanitizers to public places, sprays disinfectant in vehicles, distributing masks and PPE, providing food for home-quarantined, setting up portable sink for hand washing.

UCB Capital Management has taken this initiative to encourage others in the society to extend their helping hands to fight against coronavirus and support low income people of the country in these difficult times.
