Standard Ceramics will not pay dividends

The board of directors of stock market-listed Standard Ceramics has decided not to pay dividend to shareholders after reviewing the financial report for the year ended 30 June 2023.

It is known that after reviewing the financial report of the last year, the loss per share of the company was Tk 19.03. As on June 30, 2023, the company’s negative assets per share stood at Tk 14.82.

The annual general meeting (AGM) of the company will be held on December 30 to approve the decision not to pay the dividend by consensus of the shareholders. And the record date has been fixed on December 07.
