Confidence Cement declares dividend

The board of directors of listed Confidence Cement has decided to pay 5 percent cash and 5 percent stock dividend to the shareholders after reviewing the financial report for the year ended 30 June 2023.

It is known that after reviewing the financial report of the last year, the consolidated profit per share (EPS) of the company was Tk 3.31. As on June 30, 2023, the company’s consolidated assets per share (NAVPS) stood at Tk 69.89.

The annual general meeting (AGM) of the company will be held on December 30 to approve the dividend declared by the shareholders. And the company’s record date for dividend distribution to shareholders has been fixed on December 7.
