GSP Finance will not pay dividends

The board of directors of GSP Finance Limited, a financial sector company listed in the capital market, has reviewed the financial report for the year ended 31 December 2022 and decided not to pay dividends to the shareholders.

It is reported that after reviewing the financial report of the last year, the consolidated loss per share of the company was Tk 1.0. As on December 31, 2022, the company’s consolidated assets per share (NAVPS) stood at Tk 27.78.

The annual general meeting (AGM) of the company will be held on December 26 to approve the decision not to pay the dividend by consensus of the shareholders. And the record date in this regard has been fixed on November 30.
