S Alam declares dividend

The Board Directors of S Alam Cold Rolled Steel, a capital market listed engineering sector company, has decided to pay 5 percent cash dividend to shareholders after reviewing the financial report for the year ended 30 June 2023.

It is reported that after reviewing the financial report of the last year, the consolidated earnings per share (EPS) of the company was Tk 0.49. As on June 30, 2023, the company’s consolidated assets per share (NAVPS) stood at Tk 18.55.

The annual general meeting (AGM) of the company will be held on January 23 to approve the declared dividend by consensus of the shareholders. And the company’s record date for dividend distribution to shareholders has been fixed on December 7.
