A corporate advisory and issue management agreement signing ceremony was held recently between Kalyar Replica Limited (a concern of The ACME Laboratories Limited) and Bangladesh Finance Capital Limited & MTB Capital Limited.

Bangladesh Finance Capital recently has signed a corporate agreement with Kaylar Replica Limited, a corporate entity in packaging sector. According to the agreement, Bangladesh Finance Capital will work as a corporate advisor for Kalyar Replica Limited and also work as the issue manager for the company.

On Tuesday evening, October 31, 2023, in Gulshan at the Head office of Kalyar Replica Limited, the signing ceremony held between the parties. The signing ceremony witnessed the presence of Mr. Sumit Poddar, the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of the company, on behalf of Bangladesh Finance Capital Limited, and Ms. Tasneem Sinha, the Managing Director of Kalyar Replica Limited. Also present at the event were Mr. Kazi Md Saiful Islam (FCMA), the Chief Financial Officer of Kalyar Replica Limited, Mr. Kazi Mohammed Badruddin, Executive Director of The ACME Laboratories Ltd, and the top executives of the respective organizations.
