Sonali Paper declares 40 percent dividend

The board of directors of Sonali Paper & Board Mills Ltd., a capital market listed paper and publishing company, has declared 40 percent cash dividend to common shareholders.

This decision was taken after reviewing the financial report for the financial year ended on Monday (October 30) 30 June 2023.

During this time the earnings per share (EPS) of the company was Tk 4.74. Earnings per share (EPS) was Tk 4.02 in the corresponding period last fiscal.

Besides, the company’s assets per share (NAVPS) at the end of June 30, 2023 stood at Tk 164.94.

The company will hold its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on December 20. The record date for this has been fixed on November 16.
