RD Food declares dividend

The board of directors of Rangpur Dairy and Food Products Limited, a listed food and accessories sector company, has declared 5 percent cash dividend to the shareholders.

This decision was taken after reviewing the financial report for the financial year ended on Monday (October 30) 30 June 2023.

During this period, the company’s earnings per share (EPS) was 1 taka 38 paisa. Earnings per share (EPS) in the same period last fiscal was Rs 1 18 paise.

Besides, the company’s assets per share (NAVPS) at the end of June 30, 2023 stood at Tk 16.

The company will hold its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on December 21. The record date for this has been fixed on December 5.
