Lovello declares dividend

The board directors of capital market listed Lavello Ice Cream has decided to pay 10 percent cash dividend to the shareholders after reviewing the financial report for the year ended June 30, 2023.

It is known that after reviewing the financial report of the last year, the company’s profit per share (EPS) was Tk 1.24. As on June 30, 2023, the company’s NAVPS stood at Tk 12.94.

The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the company will be held on December 28 to approve the declared dividend by consensus of the shareholders. And the company’s record date for dividend distribution to shareholders has been fixed on November 20.
