JMI Syringes declares dividend

The board of directors of JMI Syringes and Medical Devices Limited, a capital market listed pharmaceutical and chemical sector company, has declared a final cash dividend of 10 percent to common shareholders.

This decision was taken after reviewing the financial report for the financial year ended on Monday (October 30) 30 June 2023.

During this period the company’s earnings per share (EPS) loss was Tk 4.99 . Earnings per share (EPS) was Tk 3.35 paise in the corresponding period last fiscal.

Besides, the company’s assets per share (NAVPS) at the end of June 30, 2023 stood at Tk 86.37.

The company will hold its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on December 21. The record date for this has been fixed on November 22.
