Zahin Spinning declares dividend

The board of directors of Zahin Spinning Limited, a capital market listed textile company, has declared 10.25 percent dividend to the shareholders. It’s total cash dividends.

This decision was taken after reviewing the financial report for the fiscal year ended on Thursday (October 26) 30 June 2023.

During this period, the company’s earnings per share (EPS) was Tk 0.13. Earnings per share (EPS) loss was Tk 1.28 paise in the corresponding period last fiscal.

Besides, the company’s NAV per share (NAVPS) stood at Tk 5.10 e at the end of 30 June 2023.

The company will hold its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on December 26. The record date for this has been fixed on November 23.
