UCB disclose third quarter earnings report

The Board of Directors of capital market listed banking sector company United Commercial Bank (UCB) PLC has disclosed the unaudited financial report for the third quarter (January 23-March 23).

It was released after reviewing and approving the report at the company’s board meeting held on Monday (October 23).

According to company sources, the consolidated earnings per share (EPS) of the company in the third quarter (July,23-September,23) has been Tk 0.53. Consolidated earnings per share (EPS) was 48 paise in the corresponding period last fiscal.

On the other hand, the consolidated earnings per share (EPS) of the company in 9 months (Jan,23-Sep,23) has been Tk 1.20. Consolidated earnings per share (EPS) in the corresponding period last fiscal was Tk 1.32.

At the end of September 30, 2023, the consolidated assets per share (NAV) of the company stood at Tk 29.45.
