KDS Accessories declares dividend

The board of directors of capital market listed engineering firm KDS Accessories Limited has declared a 10 percent dividend to shareholders. It’s total cash.

This decision was taken after reviewing the financial report for the financial year ended on Monday (October 23) 30 June 2023.

During this period, the company’s earnings per share (EPS) was Tk 2.15. Earnings per share (EPS) was Tk 2.33 paise in the corresponding period last fiscal.

Besides, the company’s assets per share (NAVPS) at the end of June 30, 2023 stood at Tk 26.13.

The company will hold its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on December 14. The record date for this has been fixed on November 20.
