Beximco Pharma declares dividend

The board of directors of Beximco Pharmaceuticals Limited, a capital market listed pharmaceuticals and chemicals company, has declared 35 percent dividend to shareholders. It’s total cash.
This decision was taken after reviewing the financial report for the fiscal year ended on Thursday (October 18) 30 June 2023.
During this time, the company’s earnings per share (EPS) was Tk 10.28. Earnings per share (EPS) was Tk 11.57 in the corresponding period last fiscal.
The company will hold its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on December 28. The record date for this has been fixed on November 13.
