Eastern Housing declares dividend

The board of directors of listed Eastern Housing has decided to pay 25 percent cash dividend to the shareholders after reviewing the financial report for the year ended 30 June 2023.

It is known that after reviewing the financial report of the last year, the company’s profit per share (EPS) was 7.37 rupees. As on June 30, 2023, the company’s assets per share (NAVPS) stood at Tk 80.08.

The annual general meeting (AGM) of the company will be held on October 18 to approve the declared dividend by consensus of the shareholders. And the company’s record date for dividend distribution to shareholders has been set at 21 September.
