BIFC will not pay dividend

The board of directors of Bangladesh Industrial Finance Company (BIFC) Limited, a financial sector listed in the capital market, has decided not to pay dividends to the shareholders after reviewing the financial report for the financial year ended 31 December 2022.

It is known that after reviewing the financial report of the last year, the consolidated loss per share of the company was Tk 9.78. As on December 31, 2022, the company’s consolidated assets per share (NAV) stood at Tk 106.83.

The decision not to pay dividend will be notified after the date of Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the company for approval by consensus of shareholders. The record date in this regard has been fixed on September 26.
