Tk 20 crore trades in the block market

A total of Tk 20 crore 83 lakh 33 thousand shares of 61 companies were traded in the block market of Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE) on Wednesday, the fourth working day of the week.

It is known that in the block market, the most shares of KDS Accessories Tk 2 crore 24 lakh 20 thousand, Emerald Oil Tk 1 crore 87 lakh 5 thousand and Gemini Sea Food Tk 1 crore 16 lakh 99 thousand were traded in the second place.

Apart from this, among the other companies that participated in important transactions in the block market were Paramount Textiles Tk 95 lakh 30 thousand, Orion Infusion 84 lakh 23 thousand, British American Tobacco 75 lakh 63 thousand, Pragati Life Insurance 65 lakh 76 thousand, National Bank 61 lakh 43 thousand, Intraco Refueling 57 lakh 79 thousand and 56 lakh 91 thousand shares of Alhaj Textile were traded.
