Rupali Life Insurance declares dividend

The board of directors of listed insurance sector company Rupali Life Insurance Company Limited has declared 11 percent dividend to the shareholders. It’s all cash dividends.

This decision was taken after reviewing the financial report of the fiscal year ended on Sunday (23 July) 31 December 2022.

The company will hold the annual general meeting (AGM) on September 26 to approve this dividend. The record date for this has been fixed on August 17.
