Padma Islami Life will not pay dividends

The Board of Directors of Padma Islami Life Insurance Limited, a listed insurance sector company, has decided not to pay any dividend to the shareholders after reviewing the financial report for the financial year ended 31 December 2022.

Besides, the consolidated assets per share (NAVPS) of the company at the end of December 31, 2022 stood at Tk 162.24.

The company will hold its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on September 24 to approve this dividend. The record date for this has been fixed on August 20.
