The board directors of listed insurance company Union Insurance Limited has declared 10 percent cash dividend to shareholders.

It is known that according to the financial report of the completed financial year, the earnings per share (EPS) of the company has been Tk 1.77.
Besides, the company’s assets per share (NAVPS) at the end of December 31, 2022 stood at Tk 16.66.
The company will hold the Annual General Meeting (AGM) on September 20 to approve this dividend. The record date for this has been fixed on July 23.
