The board of directors of capital market listed insurance company Dhaka Insurance Company Limited has announced 20 percent cash dividend for shareholders.

It is reported that the company’s earnings per share (EPS) for the financial year ended at Tk 3.
Besides, the company’s assets per share (NAVPS) at the end of December 31, 2022 stood at Tk 33.99.
The company will hold the annual general meeting (AGM) on July 31 to approve this dividend. The record date for this has been fixed on June 22.
