Shepherd Industries allowed to change It’s name

Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE) has allowed capital market listed textile sector company Shepherd Industries Limited to change its name.

This information is known from DSE sources.

It is known that from now the name of the company will be ‘Shepherd Industries Plc’ instead of ‘Shepherd Industries Limited’. From May 30, the company will trade in the capital market under the name Shepherd Industries plc. Besides, other aspects of the company will remain unchanged.
