The board of directors of capital market listed insurance company Provati Insurance Limited has declared 12 percent cash dividend to shareholders.

Besides, the company’s assets per share (NAVPS) at the end of December 31, 2022 stood at Tk 20.68.
The company will hold the Annual General Meeting (AGM) on August 2 to approve this dividend. The record date for this has been fixed on June 19.
