NRBC Bank declares dividend

The board of directors of listed banking sector company NRB Commercial Bank Limited has declared 12 percent dividend to the shareholders. It’s 7.5 percent cash and 4.5 percentstock.

This decision has been taken after reviewing the financial report for the financial year ending on 31 December 2022 on Sunday (April 30).

According to the company sources, according to the financial report of the completed fiscal year, the consolidated earnings per share (EPS) of the company was Tk 2.44. Consolidated earnings per share (EPS) in the corresponding period last fiscal was Tk 2.85.

Besides, the consolidated assets per share (NAVPS) of the company at the end of December 31, 2022 stood at Tk 17.73.

The company will hold the Annual General Meeting (AGM) on June 19 to approve this dividend. The record date for this has been fixed on May 25.
