Dhaka Bank declared 12 percent dividend

The board of directors of listed bank sector company Dhaka Bank Limited has declared 12 percent dividend for shareholders. It’s 6 percent cash and 6 percent stock.

This decision has been taken after reviewing the financial report for the financial year ending on 31 December 2022 on Sunday (April 30).

According to the company sources, according to the financial report of the completed financial year, the consolidated earnings per share (EPS) of the company was Tk 1.76. Consolidated earnings per share (EPS) was Tk 2.25 in the corresponding period last fiscal.

Besides, the consolidated assets per share (NAVPS) of the company at the end of December 31, 2022 stood at Tk 22.65.

The company will hold the Annual General Meeting (AGM) on June 18 to approve this dividend. The record date for this has been fixed on May 22.
