Federal Insurance declares dividend

The board of directors of listed insurance company Federal Insurance Company Limited has declared 10 percent dividend to the shareholders. It’s total cash .

This decision was taken after reviewing the financial report for the fiscal year ended on Saturday (29 April) 31 December 2022.

According to the company sources, according to the financial report of the completed financial year, the earnings per share (EPS) of the company has been Tk 1.03. Earnings per share (EPS) in the same period last fiscal was Tk 1.36.

Besides, the company’s assets per share (NAVPS) at the end of December 31, 2022 stood at 12.97.

The company will hold the Annual General Meeting (AGM) on July 27 to approve this dividend. The record date for this has been fixed on May 31.
