Dutch Bangla Bank declares 25 percent dividend

The board of directors of listed banking sector company Dutch Bangla Bank Limited has declared 25 percent dividend to the shareholders. Out of this 17.5 percent is cash and 7.5 percent is stock dividend.

This decision was taken after reviewing the financial report for the fiscal year ended on Tuesday (April 18) 31 December 2022.

According to the company sources, according to the financial report of the completed fiscal year, the earnings per share (EPS) of the company was Tk 8.14. Earnings per share (EPS) was Tk 7.99 in the corresponding period last fiscal.

Besides, the company’s assets per share (NAVPS) at the end of December 31, 2022 stood at Tk 5.85.

The company will hold the Annual General Meeting (AGM) on June 12 to approve this dividend. The record date for this has been fixed on May 17.
