Exim Bank declares dividend

The Board of Directors of Exim Bank Limited, a listed banking sector company, has declared 10 percent dividend to the shareholders. It’s total cash dividends.

This decision was taken after reviewing the financial report for the fiscal year ended on Tuesday (April 18) 31 December 2022.

According to the company sources, according to the financial report of the completed financial year, the earnings per share (EPS) of the company was Tk 2.57. Earnings per share (EPS) in the corresponding period last fiscal was Tk 1.59.

Besides, the company’s assets per share (NAVPS) at the end of 31 December 2022 stood at Tk 22.02.

The company will hold the Annual General Meeting (AGM) on June 19 to approve this dividend. The record date for this has been fixed on May 16.
