BRAC Bank declares dividend

The board of directors of capital marjet listed banking sector company BRAC Bank Limited has declared 15 percent dividend for shareholders. Out of this 7.5 percent is cash and 7.5 percent is bonus dividend.

It is reported that the consolidated earnings per share (EPS) of the company as per the financial report for the financial year ended was Tk 4.02.
Besides, the consolidated assets per share (NAVPS) of the company at the end of December 31, 2022 stood at Tk 40.86 .
The company will hold the annual general meeting (AGM) on May 31 to approve this dividend. The record date for this has been fixed on May 9.
