Pragati Insurance declares dividend

The board of directors of listed insurance company Pragati Insurance Limited has declared 30 percent dividend to shareholders. Out of this 25 percent cash and 5 percent stock.

It is known that according to the financial report of the completed financial year, the earnings per share (EPS) of the company has been Tk 5.65.
Besides, the company’s NAVPS as on December 31, 2022 stood at Tk 59.01.
The company will hold the Annual General Meeting (AGM) on June 8 to approve this dividend. The record date for this has been fixed on May 10.
