The board of directors of listed financial sector firm IDLC Finance Limited has declared 15 percent cash dividend to shareholders.

It is known that according to the financial report of the completed financial year, the earnings per share (EPS) of the company has been Tk 4.6.
Besides, the company’s assets per share (NAVPS) at the end of December 31, 2022 stood at Tk 43.56.
The company will hold the annual general meeting (AGM) on May 25 to approve this dividend. The record date for this has been fixed on May 2.
