The board of directors of capital Market listed insurance company Pioneer Insurance Limited has declared 30 percent dividend to shareholders. Out of this 25 percent cash and 5 percent stock shares.

Besides, the company’s NAVPS as on 31 December 2022 stood at Tk 46.88.
The company will hold the annual general meeting (AGM) on May 31 to approve this dividend. The record date for this has been fixed on April 27.
