Jute Spinners ranks topped of falling prices
On Tuesday, the second working day of the week, the share prices of 56 companies fell on the Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE), the country’s main stock market. Among them, Jute Spinners Limited lost the most shares. This information is known from DSE sources.
According to sources, the share price of Jute Spinners fell by Tk 17.70 or 6.76 percent to the DSE on Tuesday. The company’s shares were last traded at Tk 244.
The share price of Haqqani Pulp, which is on the second place in the price list, fell by Tk 2.90 or 5.17 percent today. And the share price of Sonali Paper and Board Mills, which is on the third place in the list, decreased by Tk 33.20 or 5 percent.
Other top losers on DSE on Tuesday were GQ Ballpen, Bengal Windsor, Prime Bank, Zeel Bangla Sugar Mills, Shyampur Sugar Mills, Sinobangla and Imam Button.
