LabAid Cancer Hospital will come to the capital market
LabAid Cancer Hospital and Super Specialty Center, one of the country’s institutions, wants to come to the capital market. The company will do corporate advisory and issue management work to enter the market with one of the country’s top merchant banks, City Bank Capital Resources. The agreement between the two organizations was recently signed.
The signing ceremony was attended by senior executives from both organizations, including Mr. Ershad Hossain, Managing Director & CEO of City Bank Capital, and Mr. Sakif Shamim, Managing Director of Labaid Cancer Hospital & Super Specialty Centre.
Under the terms of the agreement, City Bank Capital will provide corporate advisory services to Labaid Cancer Hospital & Super Specialty Centre to help the hospital achieve its growth objectives. City Bank Capital will also act as the issue manager for the planned IPO of the company.
