On Thursday, the last working day of the week, shares of 57 companies worth 36.7 million 9 thousand rupees were traded in the block market of Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE).

It is known that Bangladesh Steel Re-Rolling Mills Tk 4 crore 98 lakh 60 thousand, second place ADN Telecom 3 crore 98 lakh 83 thousand and third place Associated Oxygen Tk 3 crore 56 lakh 7 thousand shares were traded in the block market.

Besides, among the other companies that participated in important transactions in the block market – Baraka Power 2 crore 76 lakh 20 thousand, Alhaj Textile 1 crore 91 lakh 48 thousand, Salvo Chemical 1 crore 73 lakh 41 thousand, Square Pharma 1 crore 39 thousand 73 thousand, Bangladesh Submarine 1 crore 37 lakh 91 thousand shares of Cable, 1 crore 35 lakh 50 thousand rupees of Rangpur Dairy, and 1 crore 29 lakh 54 thousand rupees of National Housing Finance and Investments Limited were traded.
