Gemini Sea’s deal with frozen food company

The Capital Market listed company Gemini Sea Food Limited has entered into an agreement with the German based frozen food company “Lenk Frozen Foods (Asia) Company.

It is known that the head office of the company is located in Thailand. The agreement was signed between the two companies on March 5 at Gemini Sea’s corporate office in Dhanmondi.

As per the agreement, Gemini Seafood will process the shrimp raw material for Lenk. The company will charge 100 percent of the shrimp price in advance from Lenk. Both the companies will work towards global business expansion as per the agreement. Exporting shrimp will generate additional revenue of Tk 50 crore for Gemini and reduce production costs.
