Bank Asia to sell shares of Era-Info Tech

The board of directors of listed banking sector company Bank Asia has announced the sale of shares of Era-Info Tech.

It is known that the bank will sell 97 thousand 844 shares of the company. The total offer price of the company’s shares is Tk 48 lakh 92 thousand 200.

According to Bangladesh Bank’s circular, shares will be sold to reduce Era Infotech’s shareholding position in the bank. The company’s shareholding position will be reduced from the existing 20 percent to 10 percent.

The value of 97 thousand 844 shares of the bank is 1 lakh 91 thousand 24 taka. Through this, the bank will make a total profit of Tk 47 lakh.
