According to sources, on Sunday (March 5), the share price of Bangladesh General Insurance increased by Tk 5.90 or 9.97 percent compared to the previous day.
Eastern Housing Limited is second in the top list of rate hikes. On this day, the company's share price increased by 9.92 percent. And Bashundhara Paper Mills Limited is on the third place in the top list with 9.86 percent increase in share price.
Other companies in the top list of rate hikes are Legacy Footwear, JMI Hospital, Samata Leather, Navana Pharma, National Feed Mills, Yakin Polymer and City General Insurance Company Limited.
A total of 343 shares and units of companies were traded in DSE that day. Among them, the price of 153 companies increased. The prices of 16 companies have fallen and the prices of shares and units of 174 companies have remained unchanged.
