Genex Infosys ranks topped of weekly trades

In the outgoing week (February 26-March 2), shares and units worth Tk 1,793,93,42,282 were traded in Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE. Genex Infosys Limited has the most transactions among them.

This information was revealed in DSE’s weekly market review.

According to sources, a total of 1 crore 24 lakh 39 thousand 513 shares of the company were traded in the week under discussion. The financial value of which is Tk 112 crores 95 lakhs 31 thousand.

Bangladesh Shipping Corporation, which is on the second place in the list, has traded shares worth Tk 97 crore 95 lakh 51 thousand. And ADN Telecom Limited has traded shares and units worth Tk 92 crore 19 lakh 25 thousand and is on the third place of the list.

Other companies listed in the transaction are – Sea Pearl Resort, Shinepukur Ceramics, Gemini Sea Food, Amara Network, Olympic Industries, Alhaj Textiles and Orion Pharma Limited.

A total of five business days were traded during the week in question. A total of 372 company shares were traded in DSE during this time. Among them, the price increased in 56, decreased in 111, and remained unchanged in 205.
